Hi Alicia, thank you so much for your honest feedback
We’re really happy to hear you loved the presentation and enjoyed the taste especially the chocolate ones (they’re a favorite for a reason 😊).
We completely understand your concern about pricing. Our donuts are made with premium ingredients, are 100% sugar-free, low in carbs, and crafted to deliver both flavor and nutrition , which makes them very different from traditional donuts. We focus on quality, health benefits, and a luxury experience in every box.
That said, we truly appreciate you giving us a try, it means a lot to a growing brand like ours. Your feedback helps us continue improving and creating better experiences for our customers.
We hope to surprise you again in the future
