🚚 Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

At FitBelly, our mission is to deliver fresh, sugar-free indulgence to your door — fast, reliable, and always with care.

⏰ Operating Hours & Order Cut-Off (Local Deliveries – Miami Only)

We fulfill and deliver local Miami orders Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (local time).

Orders placed during these hours will typically be delivered within approximately 2 to 3 hours.

Example: If you place your order at 3:30 PM on a Tuesday, you can expect it to arrive by around 5:30–6:30 PM the same day.

Orders placed after 7:00 PM, or on Sundays, will be delivered the next available business day starting at 10:00 AM.

Example: Orders placed at 8:00 PM on Saturday will be scheduled for delivery on Monday morning at 10:00 AM.

📦 Pick Up at Store

Orders marked for store pickup must be collected within the time range selected at checkout.

Because our products are freshly made and crafted per order, we cannot hold items for pickup beyond the scheduled day.

⚠️ Unclaimed orders will not be eligible for refunds, exchanges, or next-day pickup. If your order is missed, a new purchase will be required.

📍 Delivery Zones

  • Local Delivery (Miami): We currently offer delivery across Miami, within a 30-mile radius from our fulfillment location at:
    9880 SW 87th Ave, Miami, FL 33176

           Eligible zip codes will automatically see local delivery options at checkout.

  • Nationwide Shipping: We now also ship eligible products nationwide across the U.S.
    • At checkout, once you enter your zip code, the site will automatically show if your cart qualifies for nationwide shipping.
    • If certain items in your cart are not eligible, you’ll be prompted to remove them in order to proceed with nationwide shipping.
    • All nationwide orders (outside of Miami) are shipped once a week on Mondays. Example: If you place your order on a Tuesday, it will be shipped the next Monday.

🎂 Whole Cakes Delivery

For whole cakes, the checkout process will automatically display a “Cake Delivery” shipping option.

  • This ensures your cake is delivered directly and with the utmost care.
  • Customers will be prompted to select this option at checkout in order for us to process the order.

💵 Delivery Fees

  • Local delivery fees are included in the price paid for an order.
  • Free delivery may occasionally be offered as part of special promotions.
  • Nationwide shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

🥑 Freshness Promise

All of our treats are packaged to maintain optimal freshness during transport. For best results, we recommend refrigerating or freezing your items shortly after delivery.
